Early morning and getting the boat ready for the heat. There’s eight boats participating, so two heats and the first goes thru to final. We’ll have to race semi and hope to make it to the final.
Today i won the 500m and the 5000m. Its the first time i won all four distanses in the norwegian championships, so its never too late! Thanks to Kristiansand kk for a well organized championships! Next weekend its the rowing nationals.
The Norwegian Championships in K1 are this weekend in Kristiansand. Today we did 1000m and 200m, and I won them both! It’s so nice to finally compete in a Norwegian competition with fair starting! Runar Vige is the best starter ever!
