Biff and Berg
Today I did a 1 x 1000m and 1 x 500m testrace here at Årungen. The junior K2 with Mr.Biff and Mr. Berg and Jacob in K1 were good sparring partners today. I’m in good shape and I look forward to start the competition in Beijing.

I’m still in Norway and while many of my competitors are in Beijing attending the opening ceremony i’m getting ready for another practice.

Washed my clothes today, but had to vacuum clean the tumble dryer before I could dry my clothes, the tumble dryer was full of detergent. One of the rowers tried to wash his clothes in the tumble dryer..hehe. Maybe his first time away from mom?

the king and I
Today Knut Holmann, 3 x Olympic champion, joined the session at Årungen. He didn’t paddle, but did some coaching from the motorboat. It’s great to have Knut around and the possibility to talk with someone that definetly know how to perform!
