Today I finally got the time to change from winter tires to summer tires on my Ssangyong Rexton SUV.

Summer in Oslo

It’s perfect to relax in my mexican hammock after a hard day off training. I got sick after Europeans and had to take monday and tuesday off, after that I’ve had some good days with a lot off training and I look forward to race the K1 1000m in Szeged.

if only…

K2 1000m did not turn out the way we wanted, Mattis got a cold on tuesday and he got worse during the week. I belive we would have raced much better if Mattis hadn’t got sick, but there is no IF in sport… My k1 500m wasn’t either a race for the history books.

Here’s a little videoclip from the k4 1000m semi. I did a good 500m semi today and qualified for the final on sunday! I’m looking forward to race the k2 1000m finale tomorrow.
