Christmas

It’s less than a month until Christmas and people have started to decorate

This week we did our 2000m x 5 session on Thursday. Results: Adam (CAN)

Lunch

We’re making dinner and lunch on turn here in Melbourne. Today it was Nuno’s
turn and since he’s not a big fan of kitchen work he took us all out to eat.

SeaWorld

Some days ago I went to SeaWorld in Orlando with my girlfriend. It’s only an
hour drive from our training place here in Melbourne. I’ve added some
pictures from the killer whale and dolphin show.
