ah the pines. Great place to train. Have they mande any upgrades to the accomodations (new beds, carpets etc..) Did I hear right you are engaged.

My top speed from standing start is not that high, around 23km/h. My lactate threshold is around 3,5 measured on the KDK machine.

hi eric. I am coach and I have strived to one day make an athlete my one percent of what you did. I wanted to ask, what is the speed of your kayak, with standing water, which increases your lactate? how is your lactate steady state? you have great tolerance for acidity? thanks

Hei Marek,
It looks like a classic polish program:). It’s good with long easy speed sessions, were you can focus on tecnique. After 2 weeks of this program I would have done some harder sessions, like 4min/2min x 12rep.

Hello great king of 1000 m, you and giant paddling knut Holman are the best of the best. I have a question, where are the best as you can answer me.
When you train in the water, and what your reference to the different pace of training? for example if you use the R1 :50-60 ppm, R2-70-80 ppm ......,
or if you guides with HR, or how fast you go on the boat??
good practice and please return to repeat the wonder of OG2004
