Nelo Summer Challenge

A 10km downwind, with start and finish on the beach.
This will be a open class event.

28/08/2010 | 800mt surf life saving tournament
A 800 meter event, raced in Surf Life Saving Ski’s, with start and finish on the beach.
This will be a mono class event.

Arctic Sea Kayak Race

The Race will be run as a one-day event. The 2010 Raceday will be Friday 30 July.

The course will be practically marathon distance, 42 km. The route for 2010 goes from Skipnes via the outer side of Tinden, the outer side of Skogsøya, through Børøysundet and round Tindsøya back to Skipnes. (42 km) - A map will be provided later. Alternatives are under consideration.

All routes are subject to change depending on weather conditions.
To participate in Race Day, you will not have to have participated during the entire week. By doing this we wish to open Race Day to participants who want to paddle the Race but who are unable to participate in all of the week’s events.
