Long time no update. Last competition was the Europeans in Belgrade where I got 5th on the 1000m and 2nd on the 5000m. I’m happy with both my races, even thou I would have liked to be on the podium on the 1000m. I know I will be in even better shape around 20th August when it’s time for showdown in Szeged. After Belgrade I had two weeks at home and my old team mates with Nils Olav Fjeldheim in front thru me a great surprise bachelor party. It was a wild day and night, thanks guys for a fantastic party! After the headache went away I travelled to Italy and high altitude training.  The camp is three weeks and I only got some days left. Training has been really good, a lot of hours in the kayak and a lot of hours running in the mountains. It’s been cold, but good for training and resting.
