Saturday, September 26, 2009 // Sea kayaking
This weekend Mira and i went sea kayaking at the swedish coast. Normally its crowed with norwegian yacht tourists here but at this time of the year its quiet. It was supposed to be a two night trip, but becase of strong wind and more to come, we’re heading back tonight. It was a good trip after all, the temrature was nice (for this time of the year) and we even got the fully loaded nelo waterman k2 to surf!

Per Martin and the gordon setter “Dave”, Petter (Jacob’s father) and his english setter ” Letti” were also on the team. Here is Per M and “Dave” in the boat.

Here’s a picture of the cottage, Petter and Jacob are getting the fishing net ready. I shoot 6 mountain groose and with 2 nets we got 10 trouts. It’s been an amazing hunting trip with; nice company, fantastic weather, skilful dogs and wonderful scenery!

After the rowing championships we went to the mountains and to Jacob’s hunting area. It’s a 3 hour walk from the car to the cottage and with heavy backsacks it’s quite a session. Here’s Jacob in the boat we used for the last 2k to get to the cottage.

Yeah, we didn’t make the final here at Voss. We’ve had a lot of fun on the way and there is still more fun to come tonight…
