On the K2 1000m Jacob and I came 2nd, we had a good race and are more than happy with the result. Germany won and Cuba came 3rd. On the K1 5000m i had a good sprint for finish line and passed Max with 40m to go. A huge Thanks to Max Hoff for letting me ride his wash for 5k..

Yesterday was the national day of Norway. I was celebrating the day in my hometown Flekkefjord. The weather was a bit cold, but it was nice catching up with friends and family. Its been a good week for Norway with Edvald Boasson Hagen racing well and winning stages in giro de Italia, and Alexander Rybak winning the Eurovision song contest. Lets hope Jacob and I can make Norway just as proud this weekend in the WC2!
