This has been a medium week in terms of intensity and volum, but i’m still very very tired. It’s because of todays monstersession and not from this week training. We did 40k in 3h and 10min today, that’s included the breaks! I’ll relax in my hammock for the rest of the day.

We got thrown out of the gym today so I had to do the rest of the session at home. For some stupid reason we are only allowed to train at the gym between 11am and 5pm, and today we were a little late, so we got kicked out. Next session will be at another gym that don’t hate their customers!
Sunday I went with my girlfriend to a state park north of Orlando to do some
canoeing. Yeah I know, canoeing on my day off, how stupid are you Larsen?
Anyway, this was a down river trip in Indian Canoes so totally different
from what I do every day. It’s a narrow river with light current and the
forest hanging over the river is really thick so you feel you’re in the
middle of the jungle. The wildlife is great in the park and I was hoping to
see a bear during our 13k trip. We didn’t meet any bears, but plenty of
alligators, turtles and birds.
Here are the results from our 5x 2000m on Saturday. There werw nice
conditions but I think everyone was a little tired after a hard week of

Saturday it was time for the big happening of the year here at The Pines
Resort, Melbourne, Florida: The one and only Yak for a Stack 2008. Go to

Jacob and I built this fully operating tank which has a potato firing gun,
as our costume this year. We got 3rd place in the best costume category.
