Akos Vereckei from Hungary arrived monday and he’ll be living and training with us for the rest of the camp. Akos is a good training partner and he’s for sure brought more speed.(and a gangsta car) into the training group!

This week i’ve been tested twice: Sunday evening by USADA on orders from ICF and friday morning before training by WADA on orders from WADA.

Today we had more action then usual during our morning session. A million dollar house at the canal where we are training was destroyed in a fire, no persons were injured. I was at the far end of the canal when I saw the smoke from the fire, and I was a little bit worried that it was our house that was on fire…
